Who we are

This website is run by Avyuh ("Avyuh", "we", "us"), a technology business based in India and operated by its founders. We do not currently have a registered office address. You can reach us at rekha@avyuh.in.

What we collect

We collect only what you give us through the contact form, and a small amount of anonymous usage data.

• Contact form: your name, email address, mobile number, organisation (optional), the subject you write, and your message.
• Website usage: anonymous page-view statistics (see Analytics below). These do not identify you personally.
• Hosting logs: our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address and time of request, for security and reliability.

How we use it

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for marketing emails or newsletters.

• To read and reply to your enquiry, including by email or phone.
• To send you an automatic email confirming we received your message.
• To understand, in aggregate, which pages are read so we can improve the site.

Who else handles your data

We use a small number of providers to run the site. They process data only to provide their service to us.

• Resend, to deliver the emails the contact form sends (your enquiry to us, and the confirmation to you).
• Hostinger, which hosts this website.
• Plausible Analytics, for anonymous visitor statistics.

Cookies and local storage

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Plausible Analytics works without cookies.

The site saves your light or dark theme choice in your browser's local storage so it can remember it. This stays on your device and is not sent to us.

Where data is processed

Some of our providers may process data on servers outside India.

How long we keep it

We keep your enquiry for up to 6 months so we can respond and keep a record of our conversation. After that we delete it, unless we are working together or the law requires us to keep it.

Your choices

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing rekha@avyuh.in. We will respond within a reasonable time. You can also write to us if you have a complaint about how we handle your information.

Children

This website is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
